Beautiful-swan Lake

The white radish is carved like a swan neck.

Cut the carrot into extremely small cylindrical shapes and use a toothpick to penetrate the head to make the eyes.

The treated swan's head is soaked in cold water.

Take the white radish and simply carve the body of a swan.

Divide the stalks of the shiitake mushrooms into small pieces, trim them slightly, boil them in water for two minutes, and prepare them for decoration.

The carved swan body is pierced with a small hole with chopsticks on one end, ready to be used for the neck of the swan.

After removing the golden squash, use a spoon to dig out the flesh of the middle melon.

Put the pumpkin meat and stock into a small pot and simmer for ten minutes.

Add the processed "swan body" and simmer for another three minutes.

Take out the stewed "swan body", put the starch into a small bowl, add an appropriate amount of water to make water, and hook the starch into the broth, turn off the heat.

Tips:
1. Because the salt taste was a bit heavy when I cooked the broth before, I didn't put salt in when I cooked this dish. If the taste is weak, you can add a little salt to taste before the final starch thickening.
2. You can also add sugar according to personal preference to make a good dessert.
