Boiled Eggs in Broth

Wash the duck egg shells, put them in the pot, add enough cold water to boil for ten minutes

Then peel and rinse
3.
Make three even cuts on each egg

Put the egg in the pot
5.
Add stock jelly
6.
Boil over high heat
7.
Then turn to medium heat and cook for 15 minutes
8.
Soak it in the soup and take it out when you want to eat it

Note: The broth is salted, so no salt is added
