Oyster Sauce Cabbage

1. The ingredients are ready; the choy sum tears off the old skin from the roots and chopped the garlic

2. Boil water in a pot, add a small amount of salt, blanch the vegetable heart until it is broken, and remove it

3. Put the choy sum on the plate; put the garlic in the frying pan and saute, add the light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and broth to a boil

4. Just pour it on the choy sum
