Bone Soup Boiled Rice Skin

Prepare the ingredients, the bone broth can be either ribs soup or tube bone soup

Wash the asparagus and remove the old skin, cut into small pieces
3.
After the bone broth is boiled, add the rice skin
4.
Add asparagus
5.
Boil for about 3 minutes and serve, and sprinkle with chives at the end
Tips:
Boiling for too long will cause the rice skin to be broken
