Prepare the ingredients.

Wash and cut snow pears.

Put it in a blender and puree it and pour it into the prepared pot.

Add rock sugar, lily, red dates (cut in half), ginger (cut into small pieces) and Luo Han Guo (crushed) in sequence.

Turn on high heat, boil and then turn to low heat and boil for an hour.

Prepare a large bowl to filter out the residue with a screen or gauze.

Use a shovel to crush the slag.

Pour the filtered soup back into the pot.

Continue to cook on medium and low heat without covering the pot.

Tips:
Qiuli paste is also called Xueli paste, so I think snow pear is more suitable. Pears can also be ground into pear paste with a grinder, which is more convenient to beat in a blender. It can be peeled or not. The autumn pear paste I made has a thicker texture and tastes like fruit juice after brewing. If you like a purer filter residue, you don’t need to press it.
