Tips:
If you don’t have beef at home, you can choose other minced meat instead. If you don’t have red beans, you can use other beans instead. This time I cooked it with black beans instead. No matter what the beans are, they should be boiled first and then put in the pot together, so that it only takes 10 to 15 minutes to cook. I put more black pepper so it is a bit spicy.
