Beef Bone Broth

Wash the beef bones and put it in the country, add appropriate amount of water (I put 2/3 pot of water)

Bring to a boil over medium heat and skim off the blood foam

Turn to low heat and simmer for more than 1 hour (I paused for about 4-5 hours) and finally skimmed the top oil! (Too much oil on my feet is bad for my body, so I didn’t leave that oil!)
