Beef Loofah Noodle

Below boiling water.

Remove and set aside in cold water.

Stir-fry the beef in a hot pan with oil and heat to mature, set aside.

Fry the loofah (cut into hob pieces), add seasonings, let go of water, and cook.
5.
Pour the cooked loofah into the beef on the plate.
Tips:
The tenderloin beef slices are marinated with appropriate seasonings, and the beef is stir-fried to prevent the beef from getting old. (Personal taste)
