Seeing that the garlic has been left for a long time, I still don’t know how to deal with it.
Stir fragrant meat dishes are the most perfect 😉
It just happens to have fresh beef bone steak. The meat is tender and delicious. It can also be used directly as the main course.

Ingredients

Beef Ribs with Garlic and Black Pepper🍴

1. Steak ribs go through the water to bloody water

2. Add three slices of bay leaves and bay leaf stems and half a spoon of old soy black pepper crushed pressure cooker for 15 minutes [modified a bit if you prefer firmer or softer meat, please decide the time according to your pressure cooker function]

3. Cut the onion horizontally and cut the garlic. Pick up the meat and set aside

4. Melt the butter, stir in the garlic until golden, onion, beef bones, pepper (the powder is more flavorful here), a spoonful of the beef bone soup, oyster sauce just pressed

5. About two minutes to thicken the starch and collect the juice. Finally, sprinkle a large handful of crushed black pepper [Basil is also available, but I personally think that the taste is better than crushed black pepper]
