Beef Sausage Roll

All kinds of ingredients are prepared.

Add water and eggs to the bread bucket first, then pour flour, put yeast on the top, and start the dough mixing process.

When mixing the noodles, cut the beef intestines into small pieces, pick the scallions and wipe off the water, then chop them into fine pieces.

Roll out the mixed dough into about 0.5cm thick dough, and then divide it into small parts.

Sprinkle beef intestines and chopped green onion on one-third of the dough, press it with your hands to avoid spilling out after the roll.

After fold up once, sprinkle beef sausage cubes and chopped green onion on the empty space above. After pressing, pull over the blank noodles on the opposite side to cover, and press gently.

Make all the noodles in sequence, then use a noodle cutter to cut into small portions of embryos, and let them rise for about 10 minutes.

The embryo after waking up is moved onto the oiled grate.

The electric steamer used by the wizard can steam two dishes at a time. (If not, steam it in an ordinary pot, the same is true)

Cover the pot, steam for 15 minutes on high heat, simmer for 3 minutes after the power is off, open the lid and take out the pot.
Tips:
1: When making noodles, the elves used an egg, which is about 50 grams; if you don't add eggs, replace it with water.
2: Beef sausage, can also be replaced with ham sausage or sausage.
