Beef Slices with Enoki Mushroom

Prepare enoki mushrooms and beef slices

Tips:
1. Different brands of Doubanjiang have different saltiness. Pixian Doubanjiang is more salty, and each has different tastes. Adjust according to your own taste.
2. The beef slices are blanched first and then cooked to make the soup clear and taste better
