Beef Stew with Radish

Soak the beef tendon in cold water and wash it off with bleeding water

Cut into pieces, add onion, cooking wine, black pepper, soy sauce and marinate for half an hour

Peel the radish, wash and cut into pieces

Add radish and stir fry
