Beef Tendon Ball Lettuce Soup

Add beef tendon balls in a casserole pot with water (the beef balls are specially bought from Shantou).

Add the beef tendon balls and boil on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.

Add a little lard.

Cook the beef balls until the time is almost up, add salt and season with chicken essence.

The pan that has been fried with lard is very oily. It is very good for boiling vegetables. Add a little water to boil.

Just put the lettuce in the pot and blanch it. Don’t cook it for too long.

Remove the boiled lettuce and put it in a bowl, drizzle with a little lard.

Put the beef tendon balls cooked in the casserole into a bowl, sprinkle with garlic crisps, and finally pour the boiled beef tendon balls with soup.
