Beef Vermicelli Noodles with Green Pepper

Cut green pepper into thin strips, slice fragrant dried into thin slices, and cut green onion into thin strips

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the shredded green onion and stir fry for a while, add the shredded green pepper, stir fry for a while, add the fragrant dried slices and stir-fry, sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, and pepper in a minute or so.

Add some self-made beef sauce (all kinds of beef sauces and Laoganma you can buy) on the noodles, pour a little noodle soup on the beef sauce, mix well, add green peppers and stir fragrantly, then mix well to serve.
Tips:
1 Stir fragrant scallions on a small fire, it’s scallion oil. The vegetables cooked in scallion oil will fragrant only when you pour it on the noodles.
2 The sauce will be more delicious if you make it yourself. Specifically, post it after you make the sauce, hehe
