Beef with Black Pepper Bacon and Pleurotus Eryngii

Wash pleurotus eryngii and cut into slices.

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and cut into slices.

Cut the bacon into small squares.

Dice onion and diced garlic.

Wash the broccoli, boil it in a pot of boiling water, take it out and shower, and soak in cold water for later use.

Tips:
1. When putting butter in the pot, be sure to have a low heat, the oil will turn black when the heat is high.
2. When frying Pleurotus eryngii, cut half of the butter and moisten the pan. During the frying process, the oil will be absorbed by the mushrooms and reduce, and then add the remaining butter.
3. There will be oil in the pan after frying the bacon and beef, so you can fry the onion and garlic without adding oil.
