Beef with Sauce

Soak the beef in clean water for an hour in advance, then blanch it in the pot.

After blanching, cut the beef into small pieces and put it in the pot.

Add green onions, ginger and garlic.

Add salt and light soy sauce.
5.
Add cooking wine, soy sauce.
6.
Add water to the meat.
7.
Turn to low heat and simmer for an hour.

Cooked.
