Blanch the yogurt cup and lid with boiling water for one minute, then use a tong to drain the water

Tips:
There are different classifications of yogurt bacteria, such as five bacteria, seven bacteria, and bifidobacteria, which can be selected as you like; one pack of one gram can make 1000 ml of yogurt;
Make sure that the milk container is clean and oil-free, otherwise it will cause pollution and make yogurt bad;
The prepared yogurt can be eaten at that time, but the taste is not as good as that of refrigerated yogurt;
Frozen strawberries must be stored at 4~-18 degrees.
