I especially like Yangchen’s 8-link cat's claw mold. The next festival is the Mid-Autumn Festival. I naturally came out of my mind to try to make mooncakes. They are really good.

Cat's Claw Snowy Mooncake

1. Milk, whipped cream, and blueberry freeze-dried powder, mix well.

2. Add the sieved three powders and stir evenly.

3. Add oil and sugar to the batter and stir well.

4. It must be mixed well before steaming!

5. The white one is made into a batter in the same process.

6. Put water in the steamer, put in the batter and steam for 20 minutes.

7. After steaming, put it in the refrigerator for one hour.

8. Heat 20 grams of glutinous rice flour in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for ten minutes, let cool for later use.

10. Sprinkle cooked glutinous rice flour on the mold, pat off the excess flour and take small pieces to make meat pads and paws.

11. Prepare the pads and claws of two different colors for use.

12. A dough of 25 to 30 grams is packed with 15 grams of filling.

14. Press each time.

15. After pressing it, you can sprinkle cooked glutinous rice flour on the kneading mat to prepare the mooncakes. You can also spread the glutinous rice flour directly on the bottom of the mooncakes.
