Bell Peppers in Sauce
1.
First prepare a bell pepper, wash it, remove the stalk, remove the seeds, and cut into small pieces for later use. The weight is 178.3 grams.
2.
Cut the garlic into minced garlic, chop the green onions, and prepare the miso and hot sauce.
3.
Prepare a small pot with garlic, chopped green onion, soybean paste, hot sauce and mix thoroughly. If you like spicy food, add some chili noodles. I don't want to eat spicy food today, so I didn't put it in. Add a little sesame oil seasoning sauce and it's ready.
4.
Pour the cut green bell peppers directly into the seasoning bowl and mix well.
5.
Finally, the ripe sesame seeds are finished.
6.
The top one is hot sauce, and the bottom one is soybean sauce. I bought both of them in Korean supermarkets. Nowadays, most large supermarkets seem to sell these two types of sauce.
Tips:
Soak the green peppers in light vinegar water (a pot of water plus a spoonful of vinegar) for about 10 minutes to remove the pesticide residues on the surface, and then rinse them with clean water, so that you can eat more comfortably.
