Bergamot Flavored Black Tea Biscuits

Ingredients: 2 bags of bergamot flavored black tea, 110 grams of low-gluten flour, 1 gram of salt, 45 grams of caster sugar, 65 grams of butter, and 15 grams of egg liquid.

After the butter has been softened at room temperature in advance, cut into small pieces, put it in a large bowl together with fine sugar, and stir evenly with an egg brush by hand.

Add the egg liquid and mix well to make the egg liquid and butter completely blend.

Open the tea bag, pour the tea powder into the butter custard, and stir evenly.

Sift in the low-gluten flour and use a rubber spatula to mix into a uniform dough.

Tips:
1. The amount of black tea bags can be increased or decreased according to the urgent taste.
2. If you are anxious to bake, you can put the dough in the freezer of the refrigerator for half an hour. The freezing time should not be too long, otherwise it will not be easy to cut.
3. The baking time and firepower should be adjusted according to the actual situation.
