I don't like to drink the bergamot-flavored black tea directly. I always feel uncomfortable with the bergamot flavor that comes from edible flavors. Use it to make fruit tea, hoping that the various fruit aromas can make the bergamot flavor looming, not so obvious. However, I still feel that it persistently penetrates all fragrances, reaching the taste buds. So, what if it is made into milk tea?
Milk powder version of milk tea, because milk powder is a bit too much. It has always been thought that the milk made from milk powder always feels thin and light, without the taste of water and milk. Perhaps, after boiling, the milk powder can be more intimately blended with water in the tumbling. Adjust the milk powder to a paste with a small amount of warm water in advance, so as not to pour the milk powder directly into the boiling tea soup, which will cause agglomeration. It seems that it has a certain effect after boiling. The taste of milk tea is a bit like a milk version, rather than the usual feeling of drinking milk powder. And that bergamot flavor may be concealed by the scent of milk, or it may be a shift of attention, and it seems that it is not so keen on the entrance to know that it is quite uncomfortable. . . . "
