Big Bone Carrot Soup

Soak the big bones in cold water for 30 minutes to wash

Put cold water into the pot, boil the water and remove it after three minutes of boiling, and rinse the blood with super-cold water

Prepare seasoning: smashed ginger. Scallion knotted

Put the poured bones into the soup pot, add the clean water without the bones, and add the green onion and ginger. Bring to a boil on high heat, simmer for one hour on low heat
