Big Bone Soup
1.
Pork bones are boiled in a pot with cold water, and a spoonful of cooking wine is added. After boiling for about 3 minutes, take it out and rinse off the blood foam under the water pipe
2.
Put the pork bones in the pot, add enough water to boil, skim off the foam, (even if you have cooked this step before, you can’t omit it, otherwise the soup will not taste good)
3.
Add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, and red dates together to cook for 2 hours. Add a small amount of water to the rice to make a delicate rice paste. Add it to the soup and cook for 45 minutes. The soup is absolutely white and tastes right.
