Big Bone Stewed Yam, Lotus Root and Wolfberry Soup
1.
Drain the big bones in boiling water, cut lotus root, yam into sections (good taste), and wash and set aside.
2.
Put the big bone at the bottom, sprinkle a little salt, put lotus root, yam, wolfberry, and salt in sequence. Finally, pour a bottle of mineral water (very fresh)
3.
Choose to cook for an hour and a half, close the lid and wait. When the time is up, it will automatically switch to heat preservation. (Yam is easier to boil, so you can choose to fish out the yam when it is half cooked, or postpone the yam. (It depends on your personal preference)
Tips:
1. It is actually good to have a stew pot like this at home, especially suitable for single dogs! It is especially convenient for stewing soup, and you don’t need to worry about the ingredients you like when ready to stew. If there is no stew pot, the pot can also be stewed out! 2. Peeled yam will make your hands itchy! Wear gloves if you are worried.
