Big Intestine Flavor

The pig intestine was cleaned and blanched in water. (During the cleaning process, the hands were too oily, so I didn’t take pictures).

Cut the pepper, onion, and ginger slices and set aside.

Heat oil and add ginger slices until fragrant.

Pour into the pig intestine.

Stir-fry until the surface is golden and add a little salt.

Stir-fry while adding Weiji, stir-fry until pig intestines spit oil.

Add half a bowl of water to a small clay pot.

Shovel the pig intestines into a clay pot.

Pour in appropriate amount of oyster sauce, cover, and turn to low heat.

Put oil in the original pot again.

Pour the peppers and onions.

Stir-fry until it's ripe, serve and set aside.
13.
Boil the pig intestines until the water dries out and the oil is released.
14.
Pour in the peppers and onions, mix well and turn off the heat.
