Bird's Nest Omelette

Prepare ingredients.

Boil noodles in water (ignore the following steps for leftover noodles)

After the water is boiled, add the arowana fermented hollow noodles, add the arowana fermented hollow noodles, and cook until there are no white cores. Porous pores can be seen in the cross section of the noodles. Tips:
1. You can also use sweet noodle sauce or soybean paste instead of tomato sauce, which tastes great.
2. When frying, the heat must be controlled and the heat should not be too high.
