Spicy Noodles

Prepare ingredients.

Pour water into the soup pot, put the chicken breasts in cold water, pour two spoons of cooking wine, wash the shallots and put them in the pot. Boil for about 25 minutes. Just prick it with chopsticks to easily penetrate it.

Tips:
1. Cooking noodles is easy to overflow the pot. Put a shovel in the middle of the pot to prevent overflow.
2. Don't eat spicy food. Red oil can be replaced with sesame paste, which tastes equally superb.
