Birthday Cake

This is a pre-made cake. The recipes for several cakes have been introduced before (please refer to).

Prepare 250ml of Nestle fresh cream and 50g of sugar.

Beat until thick and clear texture.

Make 2 portions of the whipped cream (preparing to decorate the flowers in 2 colors).

Add 1 drop of red pigment to 1 part.

Stir evenly to form the desired pink cream frosting.

Put it in a piping bag.

In fact, this cake was made for the National Day, but when the neighbor knocked on the door (put it down temporarily) when I was about to make the noodles, I found that the cream frosting was not very useful (I planned to make a two-color flower, not This pattern), just squeeze out the cream flowers (the white ones are still useful), which is not good.
