Bitter Gourd

Soak an appropriate amount of wolfberry in cold water;

Boil water in a pot and add appropriate amount of salt and oil; Bitter melon is boiled in the pot, and the water is boiled out again;

Take it out immediately and put it in cold boiling water;

Tips:
1. Prepare some ice in advance, it is best to freeze it with cold boiled water; (Ice from cold boiled water does not need to be covered with plastic wrap)
2. If you are worried about your cooking skills, choose the thick bitter gourd and the finer banana;
3. After blanching the bitter gourd, immediately put it in the water with ice cubes to cool it, which can remove the bitter taste of the bitter gourd;
4. The bitter gourd is finally topped with sweet-scented osmanthus, if not, you can top it with honey.
