Bitter Gourd and Green Pepper

Ingredients: one bitter gourd, two green peppers, green onions and garlic.

Cut the white flesh of bitter gourd to oblique slices.

Blanch it with salt water, and let it cool for later use.

Cut green pepper into diagonal slices, and cut green onion and garlic into small pieces.

Fry the chives and garlic in a wok with oil.
