Bitter Gourd Scrambled Eggs

1. Wash the materials and cut them for later use.

2. Heat the pan with oil, and the eggs will be smooth and cooked first.

3. Hold up the egg, pour some oil and sauté the garlic.

4. Pour the bitter gourd and stir fry.

5. Add some water and cook until broken.

6. Pour the eggs and stir fry.

7. Season with some salt and serve.
