Bitter Gourd Scrambled Eggs

Remove the bitter gourd and wash it.

Cut into strips for easy tasting, and then marinate in salt for half an hour.

Boil water in a pot and boil bitter gourd strips.

Rinse in cold water after the water is over!

Tips:
The sesame oil and eggs are the best match, the bitter gourd will not be so bitter after the water is passed, and the flesh of the melon must be shaved, otherwise it will be very bitter!
