The big carp at home is eaten in several parts.
I deliberately left a fish tail.
Black bean stewed carp tail, very nourishing!

Ingredients

Black Bean Claypot Carp Tail

1. Prepare the ingredients (black beans are soaked half a day in advance)

2. Blanch the pork bones

3. Heat a small amount of oil in the pan, put the cleaned fish tails in the pan and fry until both sides are slightly yellow

4. Put all the ingredients in the stewing pot, add ginger slices and appropriate amount of water

5. Put it in an electric saucepan and simmer for about half a day

6. Add a small amount of salt at the end

Tips:

1. Fry the fish tail for a while and then cook it, so that it can remove the fishy, and the soup will be more fragrant.
2. The stewing time depends on the performance of each stew pot.
