Black Fish Tofu Soup

Wash the green onion, ginger and garlic, cut and set aside. Wash and cut tofu.

The black fish is processed and washed and set aside.

Cut off the black fish for later use.

Heat the peanut oil in the pot and add the sliced ginger.

Warm the oil and fry it with the sliced black fish.

Fry the black fish on one side, turn it over and fry the other side.

Pour in warm water, close the lid and bring to a boil.

After boiling, add tofu, close the lid and boil. Pour in the cut ingredients, add white wine and vinegar, add an appropriate amount of salt, and cook for about 5 minutes.

Out of the pot, sprinkle with chopped coriander, and stir well for a while.
Tips:
1. The oil must be hot to prevent it from sticking to the pan. Adding ginger slices in advance is also a means to prevent sticking to the pan.
2. The main purpose of adding white wine is to get rid of the fishy smell. Adding vinegar and tofu to the soup will make it more delicious.
