Black Fish Tofu Soup

Prepare the ingredients, wash the black fish and set aside, and set aside tofu.

Pour an appropriate amount of base oil into the frying pan and cook until 50% of the heat. Then saute the ginger slices.

Add black fish and fry on both sides.

Add 1,000 ml of water to a boil, add three teaspoons of cooking wine.

Then pour into a casserole, add green onions and bring to a boil over high heat and change to medium and low heat.

Cut the tofu into small pieces, wash the pocket mushrooms and set aside.

Add tofu and mini mushrooms.

Cook for 15 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste.
