Black Garlic Tomato Cheese Salad

Boil the water in the small soup pot, add the fresh tomatoes and blanch for 10 seconds, remove and soak in cold water to cool too much, remove the skin of the tomatoes, and set aside

Peel off the skin of the black garlic, take out the black garlic cloves and set aside; mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar to make a vinaigrette salad dressing

Tips:
1. Choose 120-day-aged black garlic, which is soft, sweet and has better quality!
