Black Jelly

Prepare a box of black jelly.

Pour the powder into the bowl.
3.
Add some water and stir to form a slurry.
4.
Add sugar to the pot and boil.
5.
Add the slurry.

Stir while boiling, until it boils and turn off the heat.

Pour out the black jelly.
8.
Turn it over after it's cold.
9.
Chill in the refrigerator and cut into pieces before eating.
Tips:
1. Stir the powder with water first.
2. The amount of water should be suitable, if it is not too much, it will be too thin and not formed.
3. It can be solidified after cooling, cut into pieces to match with milk and fruit, and put it in the refrigerator to taste better.
