Black Pepper Steak

As shown in the picture, the pan is heated and drained. I use a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, which works well. Adjust to medium heat, and fry the shiitake mushrooms thinly. You can poke the steak with a steak clamp or fork while frying, and it will feel more delicious.

Season the steak when it's cooked to your liking. I used my own pepper sauce, which felt similar to the Texas barbecue sauce, with a slight sweetness and a peppery taste in the salty. You can choose whether you want to cook some red wine according to your own preferences, not to mention beer and cooking wine. Then spread the sauce, reduce the heat to low, and fry on both sides for another minute. After the steak is up, stir fry the shiitake mushroom slices a few times and cook in the light soy sauce to taste. Wipe cheese with cheese should have a different flavor.
