Black Pepper Steak: A Nutritious Breakfast in A Few Minutes

1. Prepare the steak.

2. Thaw it naturally.

3. Soak up the moisture with absorbent paper.

4. Heat oil and serve steak.

5. Fry over medium heat for about 1 minute and turn over.

6. Continue to fry the other side over medium-low heat for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.
