Black Pepper Steak with Honey Sauce

Mix the black peppercorns by hand and sea salt and coat the steaks evenly around them and marinate for 20-30 minutes

Cut the carrot into diamonds, cut the cucumber and cheese into pieces, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half and set aside

Take the marinated steak and grill until 7 minutes cooked (2 minutes per side)

Add 4 tablespoons of steak sauce and 1 tablespoon of honey and boil until the sauce is slightly thick

Tips:
1. I use a barbecue grill to cook beef. If there is no barbecue equipment at home, I can use a pan for frying.
2. The thickness of the steak is about 1cm, if you choose steaks with different thickness, please adjust the barbecue time by yourself
3. The taste of freshly ground black pepper and ordinary black pepper will be much different, so it is recommended that you try to use freshly ground black pepper
4. The steak sauce I choose is for grilling and marinating beef. The advantage of this semi-finished seasoning sauce is that you can adjust some taste according to personal preference.
