Black Pepper Steak (with Sauce)
1.
Wash vegetables
2.
First make two steaks a horse-killing chicken, sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides (crushed pepper is better, but I use black pepper), and then oil, massage both sides to make it bright and shiny Just put it aside and let them stay by themselves
3.
Next, prepare the sauce, first chop the onion, tomato and garlic as much as possible
4.
Put a little base oil, onion and garlic in the pan and fry until fragrant
5.
Add tomatoes and stir-fry evenly
6.
Then add a little bit of oyster sauce, a tablespoon of light soy sauce and a small bowl of water, add some salt and black pepper depending on the taste. I mainly use the dark soy sauce for toning. The sugar is completely dependent on personal taste and then put it on a small fire. Just let it spontaneously fend off in the pot, stir and stir more when it’s okay, to prevent it from sticking to the pot, it can be slightly hooked and make the sauce thicker
7.
Left 👈 is the sauce, right 👉 is the side dish that has been fried in the process of boiling the sauce. Fruit carrots and asparagus are just fried directly. Put a little butter in the pan, carrots and asparagus, and fry them until they change color. The potatoes are cooked first with water and salt, and then they are fried directly. It’s good to see that the surface is a little burnt, remember to add some black pepper
8.
Next, fry the steak. Cook the horse-killed chicken steak and put it directly into the pan. You don’t need to add oil anymore. Fry it for about two minutes on each side.
9.
Get out of the pot and set the plate for dinner, yeah!
Placing the plate and taking pictures should be the most time-consuming process...
Tips:
The side dishes can be replaced at will. The broccoli, cucumber, tomato is completely dependent on the mood. The steak can be cooked directly after the horse is killed. It is not said how long it must be marinated, but it must not be fried for a long time.
