Black Prawns

Wash the tempeh, cut the green pepper into small pieces, chopped green onions, and prepare some minced ginger and garlic. The small river prawns are fresh, just rinse with water directly.

Heat the pot, add oil, saute ginger garlic and tempeh

Add green pepper and stir fry

The small river prawns are also put into the pot and stir fry

When the color changes a little, you can add an appropriate amount of salt and a little less sugar to make it fresh

Put in the right amount of flavour and chili oil

Add chopped green onion

Stir-fry evenly over high heat, ready to be out of the pot
Tips:
Don’t buy small river prawns that are too large. They are usually smaller. The shells are not so hard and the prawn guns will not be so piercing. Of course, if you are not afraid of these, the larger ones have the flavor of the larger ones.
