Black Rice Pudding

Pour all the materials into the basin;

Stir the batter evenly with a manual whisk;
3.
Put greased paper under the 6-inch cake mold;
4.
Pour the stirred batter into the mold;
5.
Put warm water in the bottom of the pot, and put a mold with batter on the top; (cover with plastic wrap)

Ferment for 40 minutes;
7.
Let it steam for 40 minutes. After steaming, let it simmer for five minutes and then put on the lid.
8.
Tips:
1. You can grind black rice noodles by yourself or buy pure black rice noodles;
2. I fermented with warm water, about forty minutes, about twice the size;
3. Cover with plastic wrap when fermenting and steaming.
4. Let it simmer for five minutes when it is steamed.
