Pugua is a kind of vegetable that is easy to store. When you don’t want to go shopping, you can buy one and keep it at home. It won’t be rotten after a few days, and it tastes good. This time I put the black sausage I brought back from my hometown. , I also added a little black fungus, and matched a little carrot to make the color more beautiful. Black Sausage Stir-fried Puquat

1. Wash the Pugua, peel it and cut it in half in the middle.

2. Cut the puffball into thin slices.

3. Slice carrots and black sausage.

4. Soak the black fungus in advance.

5. Saute the garlic in hot oil and fry the black sausage on a low fire.

6. Pour the carrot slices and stir fry.

7. Pour the black fungus and stir fry.

8. Pour the puffa slices.

9. Stir-fry until the puffballs are soft and add some salt.

10. Add a little chicken essence.

11. Pour a little oyster sauce before serving.

Tips:

The oyster sauce tastes better when it is put on the last.
Cut the carrots as thin as possible, otherwise they won't be easy to ripen.
