Black Sesame Crisps
1.
The pie crust is taken out from the freezer compartment of the refrigerator, and both sides are sprinkled with black sesame powder.
2.
Leave it at room temperature to thaw, and after the crust has naturally softened, roll it out into a rectangle through the plastic film.
3.
Cut the flying cake into strips with a knife.
4.
Twist into a twist shape and place in a baking tray.
5.
After the oven is preheated, bake at 170 degrees for 16 minutes.
6.
After taking out the baking tray, sprinkle the white sugar on the surface while it is hot, and it will become crispy after cooling.
Tips:
1. The flying cake must be powdered before thawing, otherwise the surface will stick to the plastic film after thawing at room temperature, and it will be deformed once torn.
2. Can not use ordinary sugar to replace white granulated sugar, because white granulated sugar is granular and can also increase the taste.
3. If you want the white sugar to stick to the surface more, you can spray a little water on the surface to stick more sugar.
4. The mold used is a square non-stick bakeware.
