All sesame-related foods seem to appeal to my appetite. In fact, this black sesame flour toast has been made the year before, and the impression left is very good, so I made it once last year and I still like it!

Black Sesame Flour Toast

1. Put all the ingredients (except olive oil) into the bread machine bucket and knead to the expansion stage (the thick film can be pulled out, about 20 minutes), add olive oil and continue to knead to the completion stage (can pull out a large piece of film)

2. Cover with plastic wrap and perform basic fermentation in a warm and humid place to 2.5 to 3 times the original volume
