Black Sesame Gnocchi

Prepare glutinous rice flour, which is usually sold in supermarkets. I used a food processor to make glutinous rice flour at home. It feels not as delicate as the one I bought.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the glutinous rice flour, while gently stirring with chopsticks to form a flocculent.

Knead it into a smooth dough with your hands, cover it and let it stand for a while.

Take an appropriate amount of dough, knead and flatten it, and put the homemade black sesame filling in the middle.

Push the dough up from all sides to the middle, wrap the filling, and knead it round.

Boil water in the pot, add the glutinous rice balls and cook for a few minutes until they are cooked through.
7.
Pour out the cooked glutinous rice balls and drizzle with a little osmanthus sauce.
8.
This is ready to eat.
