Black Sesame Gnocchi

The rice noodles are mixed with warm water to form a dough. According to the water content of the glutinous rice noodles, the amount of water can be adjusted appropriately. The mixed flour dough will be loose when kneaded hard, and it will be clumped together when kneaded gently.

Ripe black sesame seeds are powdered with a food processor

Put sugar and corn oil in the black sesame powder.

Divide the filling into small balls. The glutinous rice balls can be big or small, so you can make the size according to your preference

Grab a small piece of dough, make it into a ball, and knead it into a bowl

Put a black sesame filling and wrap it for reunion.

Boil the water. When the water is heated to the appearance of fish-eye bubbles, beat an egg, wait until the egg is formed, and the water is boiling. Put in the wrapped glutinous rice balls, see the glutinous rice balls floating, and simmer for 2 minutes.

Tips:
The method of making glutinous rice noodles and noodles for making glutinous rice balls is to blanch the noodles or pull a piece of it and cook it in the dough. I have used all of these methods, but I still like my direct blending method, which is simple, non-sticky, and the cooked glutinous rice balls are as soft and delicious.
The glutinous rice balls can be big or small, so the filling and crust are all you need. When you first learn to pack, you can make the outer bag thicker, that is, the dough is larger, and the bag can be thinner after being cooked. The method of making glutinous rice balls is the same as the method of making moon cakes.
