Black Sesame Hollow Chiffon Cake

Get the materials ready

First add the milk to the corn oil and stir until it is emulsified

Pour the black sesame powder and low powder together and stir well

Put the egg yolks one by one and stir well, set aside the cake batter for later use

Preheat the oven at 170 degrees. Start making meringue paste, add granulated sugar to meringue 3 times, and beat until small sharp corners. Put 1/3 of the egg white batter into the cake batter and mix well, then pour it back into the egg white bowl and stir gently.

Pour the mixed cake batter into the mold, shake it a few times, and put it in the preheated oven. About 170 degrees and 40 minutes, each oven has a different temper.
