Black Sesame Nougat

Prepare the required raw materials,

Add butter to a non-stick pan and heat it over low heat.

All the butter melted into liquid,

Add marshmallows,

Stir-fry with a spatula and stir-fry for a while to let the marshmallow absorb the butter.

Add milk powder and refined salt,

Stir fry until the marshmallow and milk powder are fully fused,

Add cooked black sesame seeds, turn off the heat, use the remaining temperature of the pot to operate,

Stir fry evenly,

Shape it in a pot, spread it flat,

After it is completely cooled, demould, cut into small pieces, and wrap it with sugar paper.
Tips:
Add a little salt when making nougat to make the sugar less sweet and greasy.
